At Symbolically Adopt a Species, we want you to feel confident in your contribution to wildlife conservation; if your physical adoption kit arrives damaged or incorrect, we offer a 30-day return policy to ensure your satisfaction. Please note that digital adoption certificates and direct donations are non-refundable as they immediately support our ongoing field projects.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team via email with your order number and a brief explanation of why you need to return or exchange your adoption kit.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage the physical items, including the plush animal, printed certificates, and fact sheets, in their original eco-friendly packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt for reference.
Processing and Refund
Once our team receives and inspects the returned kit, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement species kit within 5 to 7 business days.
